All products are handmade in small batches in Cumberland, VA and sold retail at our studio

in Powhatan, VA and on our website that are available for studio pick-up or shipping.

All products are sold new, unopened, and unused.

Due to our policies, for custom orders, we will only allow cancellations/full refunds within 24 hours of ordering. We will cancel your order after the 24 hour window, but there will be a 30% cancellation fee in case we have already started your order.

If you have an issue with your product or from delivery, such as a damaged product, please do not hesitate in contacting us by email to fix the issue.
