Do I need an appointment or can I walk-in for service?
Refresh is strictly By Appointment Only. As much as we would love to accept Walk-ins, it just does not work with our scheduling.
How far do I need to book out?
Because we only take appointments, our regular clients tend to schedule out as far as possible to ensure they are able to receive the day/time that suits them best. Appointments can always be canceled, but once we are booked, there is little room to wiggle unless a cancelation happens.
Do you get cancelations?
YES! Cancelations happen often due to scheduling changes, inclement weather (Snow, Hurricanes, etc.).
Our waitlist is checked regularly and we do our best to fill any gaps and get everyone in.
