Do I need an appointment or can I walk-in for service?

Refresh is strictly By Appointment Only. As much as we would love to accept Walk-ins, it just does not work with our scheduling.

How far do I need to book out?

Because we only take appointments, our regular clients tend to schedule out as far as possible to ensure they are able to receive the day/time that suits them best. Appointments can always be canceled, but once we are booked, there is little room to wiggle unless a cancelation happens.

Im a new client, why can I not schedule?

At this time, I would like to focus on my existing clientele, and cannot accept new clients until further notice. However, I am happy to add new clients to the waitlist, just in case a cancellation happens.

Do you get cancelations?

YES! Cancelations happen often due to scheduling changes, inclement weather (Snow, Hurricanes, etc.).

Our waitlist is checked regularly and we do our best to fill any gaps and get everyone in.

Do you cut cuticles or the eponychium?

Yes, occasionally cuticles need to be trimmed. Cuticles are dead skin cells.

No, We do not cut the eponychium! This is living tissue and any removal of such can cause open wounds and risk of infection.
