Booking An Appointment
Available by appointment only. You must provide email and contact phone number to schedule.

You must have a valid credit/debit card saved to your personal file to accept your appointment.
Mobile appointments require a $20 booking fee per person/per appointment.
Your appointments are important to me, they are reserved specifically for you. I understand that adjustments are necessary and that things do happen. With being mobile, I do respectfully request at least 48hrs notice for cancellations. This can be done by a phone call/voicemail, text message, private Facebook message, or email.
If your appointment is canceled less than 48 hours, you will be charged for 50% of your service total.
If your appointment is canceled less than 12 hours, you will be charged for 100% of your service total.
If your card cannot be charged for late cancellations, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable booking fee to schedule an appointment. This booking fee will be deducted from your final total at checkout.
Services are available to residences, hospitals, independent and assisted living homes, and nursing homes. A travel charge is added at $1.00 per mile ($10 minimum) with a minimum service purchase of $55. If your service total does not meet the $55 a service charge will be added to meet the $55 service minimum.
Mobile services are also charged a 50% convenience fee for each appointment.
Payments are accepted by All Debit/Credit Cards, Cash, Venmo, and Invoice via your email address.

Tips are NOT added in our prices. We will gladly accept gratuity with your payment. Any amount is appreciated!
Gift Vouchers are available for purchase in-store and eGift Cards are available for purchase online.
Gift Vouchers and eGift Cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and can be redeemed on services or products.
They cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
All purchases from our shop are charged a 6% VA sales tax rate.
There is no sales tax for services.
As we are a service industry, we do not offer refunds. However, on the rare occasion that you are not 100% satisfied with your nail service, we will gladly rectify the situation, If notified within 72hrs. You must make contact, provide a picture, and not attempt to alter or fix the problem yourself. If the damage is caused by the client, there will be an additional travel charge.
Before leaving an appointment, we do always double check to ensure our clients are happy.
No refunds will be given for Gift Vouchers and eGifts.
All products are sold new and unused.
All products are made in small batches. Product color shades may vary. Handcrafted, packaged, and labeled by Refresh Wellness & Nail Care LLC.
All product sales are final.
For Store Purchases:
Due to the nature of our products, All sales are final once the product leaves our store.
No refunds will be issued.
For Online and Custom Orders:
We will only allow full refunds/cancellations within 24 hours of ordering.
We will cancel your order after the 24 hour window, but there will be a 30% cancellation fee in case we have already started your order.
If you have an issue from delivery, such as a damaged product, please do not hesitate in contacting us to fix the issue.
Due to safety purposes, please keep in mind that children are not permitted to touch or run around our equipment and supplies. Children must be supervised throughout the appointment.
All clients will have treatment cards that include name, address, telephone number, and any medical history that pertains to foot/hand/nail care. These cards are kept stored and only accessed by Refresh Wellness and Nail Care LLC. I am required to keep this information for legal and insurance purposes. All information is kept for 7yrs from the initial communication after which it will be securely destroyed unless you are still a client of mine. You do have the right to see any information, at any time. I do not use the information for anything other than to contact you regarding your appointments or to discuss matters relating to your foot/hand/nail care. I do not pass your information to any third party.
Other Peoples Work
We do not and will not work on any nail enhancements that have not been done by Refresh Wellness & Nail Care. This is due to the fact that we do not know what products have been used and they could react to our products possibly causing you pain, discomfort or fragile nails. We will not soak off full acrylic nail enhancements. This is because many shops still use chemically based acrylic products that require harsh removal and are very time consuming to remove.
However, if you know specifically that you received "dip nails" or "gel polish/shellac" from X salon, we will use our best judgment to remove said product. Please do let us know when booking your appointment if you have clean nails or possibly need a removal.
Here at Refresh Wellness & Nail Care, your nail care specialist is completely licensed and certified.
We offer clean, safe, and quality services. We are able to service you, legally, within our scope of practice. This means, nail techs are not legally able to diagnose, give or write prescriptions, cut off calluses, etc. Only a licensed medical doctor can legally perform those services for you. However, with having the medical training and advanced certifications, I am able to discuss your treatments and conditions with you and can always happily recommend you to a podiatrist or doctor if I feel you are in need. I am here to help keep your feet, hands, and nails healthy.
Please understand that just because another salon down the road will do anything you request, does not make it legal or safe for you. I will gladly answer any questions that you have. Your safety and health is my priority!
