Our wholesale pricing reflects a 30% discount, automatically applied at checkout.

We price our products at the Minimum Advertised Price on our shop page and in-store. If offering our products for sale, you must adhere to our MAP pricing. (You may charge more, you may offer sales or coupons, but the regular price must meet our MAP or higher.)

You may NOT, at any time, offer or sell our products with a third party. (Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Ebay, Ect.)

You may use our stock photos if listing on your own website.
Opening Orders & Re-Orders

Your wholesale form must be completed and approved before you can place a wholesale order. You must have an - active credit card on file at all times.

A minimum order of $150 is required on opening orders.

A minimum order of $100 is required on all re-orders.

Orders are processed as they are recieved. Your order is made-to-order in the order that they are recieved in. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing. (Not shipping time)

Payment

If ordering online, your payment is due at checkout exluding shipping.

If ordering by email, your payment is due when you recieve your order invoice, excluding shipping.

Wholesale orders are exempt from free shipping, coupons, and state tax.

Shipping is charged AFTER your order is complete. You will recieve an invoice that must be paid before your order will ship.
Packaging and Shipping

Your order will be shipped in as few boxes as possible to ensure affordable and timely delivery.

We try to package orders as best as we possible can to ensure your products arrive damage-free.

Every order will include a packing slip

We currently ship with USPS on all orders and is generally around 3-5 days.
Nature Of Handmade Items

Due to our bath and body products being handmade, each individual item may differ slightly in appearance.
Damages, Returns, & Cancellations

Due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returns.

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

If there is any issue with your orders please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide invoice number, photo of any damage to the products, and boxes if applicable, as we may need to make a claim with the shipper.

We will only allow full refunds/cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. We will cancel your order, by your request, after the 24 hour window, but there will be a 30% cancellation fee in case we have already started your order. (This 30% will be deducted from your refund amount.)
