All products are made-to-order within 7-10 days, are then packaged, and shipped within 1-3 business days from when you place and pay for your order and its confirmed.

You will receive a notice when your item has shipped and is on its way.

All products are sold new, unopened, and unused.

Due to our policies, we will only allow cancellations/full refunds within 24 hours of ordering. We will cancel your order after the 24 hour window, but there will be a 30% cancellation fee in case we have already started your order.

If you have an issue with your product or from delivery, such as a damaged product, please do not hesitate in contacting us by email to fix the issue.
